“A person who has sacrificed a child should be punished by firing squad to scare others intending to do the same instead of bailing them out. It is disappointing to see someone who has sacrificed your child moving around with his when yours was killed.
The government has not handled this seriously. They, should ensure that such people are punished by imprisonment may be for 30 years instead of bailing them out as it happened in Masaka district. The parents of the murdered child are in tears…….”
